Russia/ the Soviet Union

Imperial Russia and the Soviet Union designed, ordered, and started construction on three classes of battlecruisers.
However, none were destined to ever enter service, as a W.W.I, W.W.II, and changes in governments
caused the cancellation of all the vessels.
